02 / Process
Four steps from the booking request to a vehicle waiting at your pickup address. Times are working estimates under normal traffic and weather conditions.
Give the pickup address, the destination city and the planned departure time. One-way and return transfers are both accepted.
Match the class to passenger and luggage numbers. Every rate is quoted per car, not per seat.
A dispatcher checks the route and confirms the fixed per-car price, including road tolls on the listed routes.
Driver name, plate number and contact phone arrive by SMS and email before pickup.
